Even tech support is polite and responsive. Initially, there was an issue in our office environment where printing from the application wasn't working properly but after a couple of emails back and forth, they had a patch for the software that solved the problem very quickly. Pros This software is extremely user-friendly and is very powerful with lots of great tools for creating and editing PDF documents. Cons At the moment I can't think of anything that I don't like.
