Entretanto, o Zeev se integra muito facilmente ao PowerBI e ao Google Sheets, onde você consegue visualizar os dados que ele gera com excelência. Com o Zeev temos agora a visão de macroprocessos, o que garantiu maior agilidade em todos os atendimentos, maior participação em pesquisas de satisfação pelos clientes, e maior satisfação de todos. Agora conseguimos construir formulários mais robustos, diminuindo bastante o volume de retrabalho pelos atendentes que recebem menos informações incompletas/incorretas, e também só recebem as atividades na hora certa, ou seja, depois que passou por todas as etapas/aprovações por onde o processo deveria ter passado antes de chegar nele. Do ponto de vista de quem constrói os aplicativos, em um ano de uso continuamos constantemente descobrindo novas possibilidades da ferramenta, e implementando melhorias. Temos algumas críticas, claro, mas entendemos que é uma ferramenta em contínua evolução, com um time dedicado a nos atender cada dia melhor. Estamos bastante satisfeitos. O escopo inicial era colocar apenas processos do CSC na ferramenta, mas (sem nenhuma surpresa) as empresas que atendemos já estão demandando criação de processos internos deles no Zeev, e já estão colhendo frutos importantes com as melhorias. Pros Facilidade em encontrar instruções e cases para melhor aproveitamento da ferramenta. Facilidade em montar os processos, suas inúmeras possibilidades e melhoria contínua. O atendimento pela CS também é um ponto alto, são sempre prestativas e simpáticas. Cons Indicadores de desempenho não são fáceis de construir na ferramenta (não conseguimos utilizar ainda). Filtros de pesquisa são ótimos para análises específicas, mas para análises que passam por mais de um processo, não são legais, e acaba dando muito trabalho.
