Overall, our experience has been positive. ATZ CRM provides the core tools needed to manage recruitment processes effectively, and the team behind the product is highly engaged and open to feedback. This combination makes it a promising solution, especially for agencies with specific workflows and customization needs.

Pros

We are a small recruitment agency with a few recruiters and custom hiring processes. What we appreciate the most is the flexibility of the ATZ team when it comes to considering and implementing our feature requests. The system already covers all the essential functionality expected from a modern ATS, which makes it a solid foundation for our daily work.

Cons

The system is still evolving, and some features require further development and refinement. However, most of these issues are currently mitigated by the responsive and proactive support team.

Pros

The customer support is great and the value that you get from using this service is outstanding. No issues at all!

Cons

I cant really say that I have had anything that I least like about ATZ CRM. Everything has been great.

My overall impression is very positive. Even though the CRM is still growing, the developer is highly responsive and adds requested functions quickly to meet our needs.

Pros

The interface is smooth and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. However, the standout feature is the support; the developer is incredibly friendly and resolves issues at the earliest convenience.

Cons

The platform is still in development, so not every single feature is there yet, but this is mitigated by how fast the team works to add them.

It's useful and convenient. It's familiar with our industry expertise as well as our recruitment practice.

Cons

The ATS sync function is helpful, but duplicate checking needs improvement. Similar company names with different wording (e.g., ‘ABC Viet Nam’ vs. ‘ABC Ltd Vietnam’) are still created as separate accounts in the CRM.

I love the platform. It is still a work in progress but they are eager to make adjustments to make the work flow smother. I think it's a great value for the money spent.

Cons

No cons at this time. They are willing to address any issues that arise. I had issues with parsing a resume and they have address it.

My overall experience with ATZ CRM has been good. It’s user-friendly and helps keep my customer interactions organized. While some advanced tools took a bit of time to understand, the automatic reminders and easy contact management have made my work much more efficient.

Pros

As someone new to CRMs, I really like how ATZ CRM is simple to use. The layout is clear, so I can easily find what I need. The drag-and-drop features make managing customer info and tasks feel very easy, even for a beginner like me.

Cons

Some parts, like setting up automations, were a bit confusing at first. It took me a while to figure out how to use them properly. It would be nice to have more beginner-focused guides or videos to help with these features.

Pros

ATZ CRM’s intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and streamline recruitment processes. Its powerful ATS and CRM integration helps manage candidates and clients efficiently. The customizable workflows and automation features are standout benefits, saving time and boosting productivity. Also, the best part is they are rapidly developing new features and are always super excited to hear about our problems and what we need in the system.

Cons

Since they are relatively new in the market, some advance features such as Audit Log, Calling and Texting features are missing in the product, as of Oct 2024. They are planning to add this by the end of this year.
