Esperienza positiva. Inoltre la società è sempre molto disponibile, risposte rapide e cerca sempre di trovare una soluzione a tutti i problemi.

Pros

Questo sistema permette di gestire i listini con un margine di errore molto limitato, con la gestione delle lingue e prezzi semplificato rispetto ad una gestione a mano.

Cons

Per alcuni passaggi più tecnici, ovviamente bisogna avere una formazione più legata ad access.

L'ho utilizzato per anni proponendolo alle aziende del settore arredo e ho potuto notare che si raggiungono obiettivi insperati in termini di tempo di realizzazione dei listini/cataloghi. Inoltre la gestione centralizzata dei testi e delle immagini è estremamente utile.

Pros

La possibilità di poter replicare qualsiasi tipo di layout e impostazione grafica e il fatto che i dati possano essere mantenuti in maniera semplice.

Cons

Non c'è stato qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto. Un aspetto "negativo", se vogliamo vederlo così, è il fatto che la piattaforma non abbia ancora raggiunto più settori, ma sia prevalentemente radicata al settore arredo: sono convinto che siano veramente molte le tipologie di aziende che potrebbero trarre vantaggio da questa soluzione.

Ho utilizzato PDSuite perché richiesto da un nostro Cliente che aveva bisogno di un software per creare i propri listini prezzo e, conoscendo già la soluzione, gliel'abbiamo proposta e l'abbiamo affiancato nell'utilizzo. Il Cliente aveva la necessità di aggiornare spesso i dati di listino per adeguare i prezzi alla variazione dei costi delle materie prime e con questo software ha risolto molti problemi.

Pros

ìDal mio punto di vista il vantaggio principale risiede nella sua semplicità di utilizzo. Caricare i dati e aggiornare le informazioni del listino è veloce e l'impaginazione automatica è qualcosa che permette di risparmiare tanto tempo mantenendo quello che è il layout pre-impostato.

Cons

Non ho nulla da segnalare per quanto riguarda gli svantaggi.
