The implementations we made with Netcontent are of great added value to our company. The supplier portal helps us in the day-to-day management of our suppliers, facilitating documentation and significantly reducing queries. In our Printer Technical Service area, we have implemented Netcontent together with a Tablet for each technical representative for self-management of service tickets. Both implementations required integration with our ERP and our CRM. It has been an excellent experience!!!

Pros

Easy use and implementation and great scope to automate workflows within our company. Document management is excellent and solved many dynamics in the areas. The automations we achieved are high impact and wide reaching. With Netcontent we have replaced some processes that were automated with RPA in the past.

Cons

We don't notice any negative aspects, honestly.
