Poor. I was hoping it would get better but it never did. The training is insuffient and quality of the system is poor.

Pros

Nothing. It is a terrible platform. I’m sure there were no clinicians involved in the development of the system.

Cons

No mental health status, poor dashboard review, difficult to complete Tx plans, appt reminders glitching, the list goes on.

The experience has been very positive. The staff at Therapy iQ have all been a pleasure to work with. To a person, they have been courteous, very patient, informative and responded to our needs, taking the fear out of transitioning to a new system. We are confident of our collaboration moving forward and the ability of Therapy iQ to grow with us!

Pros

The system covers many of our needs all in one platform, including but not limited to our documentation requirements, client portal and assessment, telehealth capability embedded, AI component, migration of data, as well as billing and administration tasks. It is user friendly and comprehensive. We have appreciated the ability to customize forms to the specific needs of our practice and have received adequate support in implementation with our staff. We are excited for this system to grow with us!

Cons

Calendar/scheduling feature would benefit from a way to schedule recurring appointments that are based on the week of the month rather than number of weeks or months. Such as "the first Thursday of the month" or "second and fourth Wednesday of the month"

Issues with Valant not having capacity to meet all of our requirements in signage capabilities of documentation, needing multiple platforms to perform all of the tasks of meeting with clients in addition to Valant. Expense of Valant.

We have had a great experience with TiQ! It will be worth it in the long run.

Pros

Ability to have as many clients as we needed, extremely automated billing processes, amazing customer support, really love the ability to determine which practice settings should be on, automated reminder texts and emails and e-receipts is a great feature as well.

Cons

Calendar, if it could look and act more like google that would be nice. For example it could have a better stacking week view when one or two accounts active in the filters. When a new event is made by clicking on the calendar it should be able to put that staff member on the event automatically. Ability to get to future dates more easily. Intern role is very limited, interns cannot see uploaded documents from the front desk and other therapists on client accounts, can only see their documents. This is unfortunate for their learning and process workflow here.
