L'essentiel : je voulais un outil qui protege mes clients et candidats sur l'aspect RGPD, tout en me garantissant le pleine propriété et la non utilisation par des tiers des données. Cerise sur le gâteau les tarifs n'augmentent pas d'année en année, ce qui est très appréciable. Pour l'instant essentiellement sur l'aspect ATS. Je vais poursuivre sur l'aspect CRM prochainement. Super outil, un vrai assistant virtuel, là pour faciliter le quotidien, le tout dans la bonne humeur et la proximité des équipes Jarvi. Un outil super aidant, facile à prendre en main, je pense qu'on a du mal à s'en passer une fois que c'est adopté.

Pros

L'ergonomie, la solution pensée pour faciliter le travail au quotidien des chasseurs, et la sensation d'avoir des collegues de travail et un vrai support technique, ce qui fait plaisir quand on est habitué à travailler seul.

Cons

pas encore vu d'aspect négatif, les points d'amelioration sont remontés et traités par le support technique, dans la mesure du possible, avec la sensation que les demandes sont réellement prises en comptes et considérées.

Jarvi me fait gagner du temps, et résout tous les problèmes de répétition de tâches. Le suivi des candidats est par ailleurs rendu très fluide.

Pros

Jarvi s'est progressivement totalement adapté aux utilisateurs. L'outil est super intuitif, et il devient rapidement indispensable. Fait par des utilisateurs pour des utilisateurs. Ca se ressent instantanément.

Cons

Dans la mesure où Jarvi me fait gagner beaucoup de temps, que l'interface est impeccable et que l'ensemble est intuitif, je ne vois aucun point négatif à l'outil. Et si j'en vois, je leur demande de corriger et d'améliorer, et les techs de Jarvi s'adaptent.

Franchement, pour en avoir testé beaucoup par le passé, c'est de loin le plus agréable et le plus polyvalent. Je recommande sans hésitation si vous souhaitez un outil polyvalent et qui vous évite d'en avoir 3 différents pour arriver au meme résultat

Pros

Equipe vraiment réactive et sympa, outil moderne, fluide, agréable et en perpétuelle évolution. Voir que les personnes derrière l'outil sont performantes, proactive par rapport aux évolutions du marché et à l'écoute, c'est vraiment top.

Cons

Il m'a fallu un peu de temps pour sortir des codes habituels de ce type d'outils, mais une fois tout digéré (10/15 jours), un vrai régal. C'est intuitif, rapide, joli, top.

Après 6 mois d'utilisation, pas vraiment d'inconvénients, surtout en prenant en compte ce qui sera développé dans un futur proche (cf : recherche par industrie dans la partie ATS)

L'équipe est top, toujours disponible, chat hyper réactif. L'outil est avancé, et permet de suivre correctement des projets de recrutement. Son gros atout : l'interfaçage avec Linkedin & l'équipe. L'outil fait gagner du temps.

Réactivité du support Proximité avec l'équipe Interfaçage avec Linkedin (toutes licences) Des nouveautés régulières

Cons

Il manque encore certaines choses pour être au top du top. Mais on me dit dans l'oreillette que l'équipe travaille dur pour pouvoir sortir rapidement ces fonctionnalités ! La roadmap est chargée, donc hâte de voir ça !
