Our experience with DecisionTelecom has been excellent. The platform is stable, scalable, and easy to integrate. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, helping us quickly launch global messaging campaigns with confidence. The verification flows work smoothly, and the support for multiple channels makes it easy to adapt to different markets.

Pros

Reliable omnichannel messaging with excellent delivery rates across SMS, Viber, and WhatsApp. Fast integration, flexible API, and outstanding customer support.

Cons

So far, nothing significant to mention. The platform is stable and performs as expected. Any minor questions were quickly resolved by the support team.

Simple to use tool. If you want to handle a lot of messages in various communication channels, Decision Telecom has good solutions for that.

Pros

Easy to use interface and at the same time really powerful. You can go straight to the platform and start sending messages without any problems. It allows us to use omnichannel communication and use various channels with our customers. And what is good is that it can be within one interface. Pricing was also very transparent.

Cons

I think it might need more native integrations with other tools e.g., with Salesforce. Besides that, I think they are a great tool.
