Experiencia regular, cuenta con muchas limitantes aún. Como cliente quisiera que la programación de envíos de mensajería me de 100% la tranquilidad de que se enviará sin inconvenientes, ya que es de apoyo para mí dejar los contenidos ya listos para todo un mes.

Pros

Es un programa que fideliza a nuestros clientes y se puede presentar como algo amigable. Muy conveniente el uso de las segmentaciones para envíos de mensajería.

Cons

Fallos en los envíos de la mensajería al realizar programaciones, no brinda seguridad de que se envíen correctamente. No se pueden borrar plantillas de HMTL ya creadas. Considero que deberían hacer más publicidad para la zona de Centroamerica para respaldar su uso y beneficios.

En general me ha gustado mucho la experiencia, todos los módulos están muy bien construidos y bien pensados para que sean fáciles de utilizar y aplicar.

Pros

El CDP, de verdad me gusta la facilidad con la que se crean y administran segmentos. También me gusta la cantidad de soluciones que tienen para las diferentes situaciones que se pueden presentar.

Cons

Que aún no estén disponibles las automatizaciones (journeys) en sms y mail, tienen un CDP tan bueno, que esto sería un gran complemento.

La interacción es agradable y satisfactoria. El diseño es de fácil uso Es un programa integral, que permite fortalecer la comunicación por diferentes medios, segmentando de manera efectiva.

Pros

Su uso es muy fácil. ES muy intuitivo el manejo y la información es muy clara. Nos ayuda a pensar en nuevas estrategias según el target, pues nos da información relevante de nuestros clientes.

Cons

Fallas en sistema de acumulación, redención e inscripción. Mucho reproceso para los clientes en cuanto a datos y realización de esos procesos en caja.

Leal y su plataforma, son un gran complemento para los comercios, te apoya a iniciar tu programa de fidelización y retener clientes, luego de eso poder analizar el tipo de cliente. Para una empresa que nunca ha tenido un registro de la información de sus clientes, es muy favorable. Con Leal, logramos entender metricas que son dificiles de obtener y existen empresas que te lo dan por costes muy altos, pero leal es una plataforma muy completa y accesible tomando en cuenta que el costo no es tan alto y te dan muchos datos y ademas de eso están en constante crecimiento, agregando actualizaciones que complementan tus estrategias.

Pros

Es una plataforma muy completa y fácil te entender, te da los datos claves para realizar estrategias especificas. Te ayuda a conocer a tu cliente y poder comunicarte con el de forma accesible y sin tanta complicaciones y trabas.

Cons

El unico detalle que puede cambiar, es que es una plataforma un poco genérica, se que no es fácil pero pudieran acoplarse a cada comercio, tomando en cuenta sus necesidades y que valoran más, así modificar cada usuario con los datos a los que le dan prioridad. Y mejorar la parte de historial o registro de todos los clientes ya inscritos, que sea un poco más modificable para los que lo están consultando.

Se penso en crear nuestro propio programa pero no es lo mismo, los datos que da leal 360 son bien especificos y nos los da cualquier otra plataforma y mucho menos los presenta de maneras tan graficas y entendibles.

En DLK hemos tenido una gran experiencia trabajando con Leal 360, pues no ha ayudado a impulsar campañas con los mensajes y correos. Nos ayuda a pensar en nuevas estrategias según el target, pues nos da información relevante de nuestros clientes.

Pros

Poder revisar la venta cruzada y la segmentación de nuestros clientes es un la mejor parte de la plataforma, pues ayuda a tener una mejor visión del mercado y target.

Cons

Hacer que nuestros clientes se inscriban no ha sido tan sencillo durante el tiempo que llevamos trabajando juntos.

En general mi experiencia con LEAL 360 ha sido positiva. Me gustan las funciones que ofrecen y la manera en que todo está integrado. Aún me cuesta confiar al 100% en la plataforma.

Pros

Me gusta contar con mi base de clientes del programa de lealtad en un mismo lugar y poder comunicarme con ellos por medio de los diversos medios que ofrece la plataforma.

Cons

A veces tiene problemas de conexión y no se despliegan los datos de los clientes. Hemos tenido problemas con los mensajes de textos enviados a los usuarios.

una herramienta muy completa, me permite ver todos los indicadores de mi proceso de fidelización, con indicadores claves, en tiempo real y escuchando la voz de mi cliente. en conclusión es una gran herramienta! me gusta mucho, mi nps para esta es 100%
