Es una plataforma en la web que facilita la creación de campañas, tiene muchas opciones de configuración para que tú mismo programes y controles la velocidad, asignación y supervises la gestión de llamadas. Puedes crear muchos usuarios sin que te cobren un costo extra, y estar al pendiente de tu límite de crédito. Me gusta su variedad de campañas, puedes enviar audio mensajes, personalizarlos, escribir SMS y mucho más.

Pros

¡Es una plataforma muy intuitiva! Su interfaz es amigable, es fácil navegar para encontrar tus historiales de llamadas y crear campañas.

Cons

Que tarda en conectar mis llamadas cuando la conexión es inestable o falla, sé que es una plataforma en la web, y que ellos no nos proporcionan el internet, pero eso puede alentar mi campaña.
