But their customer service is terrible. If I can't get my notes done because of a mistake on their end, I'm up shlt creek. But they won't refund my subscription. No one responds. I don't get paid if my notes aren't in on time. And if I can't reach them for help, my notes aren't in and I don't get paid. Their customer service is the worst. Pros The interface is good, but that's about it. Oh, you can use Audacity to speed up your sessions and save on minutes. Cons Customer service. I have a deadline to get my notes in like most therapists. I messaged and emailed over and over for help because I could not get more minutes. No one responded. I had to find another system to use. Pros I love how it creates a synopsis of each client as it stores each note for a specific client. I really enjoy the psychological profile it creates for each individual client through the accumulation of notes as well as the individualized treatment plans. Cons The only disadvantage is the fact that every dictation is automatically charged as 15mins even if the dictation was less time.
