But their customer service is terrible. If I can't get my notes done because of a mistake on their end, I'm up shlt creek. But they won't refund my subscription. No one responds. I don't get paid if my notes aren't in on time. And if I can't reach them for help, my notes aren't in and I don't get paid. Their customer service is the worst. Pros The interface is good, but that's about it. Oh, you can use Audacity to speed up your sessions and save on minutes. Cons Customer service. I have a deadline to get my notes in like most therapists. I messaged and emailed over and over for help because I could not get more minutes. No one responded. I had to find another system to use. I use this product every day at work and it has greatly improved the timeliness of my treatment notes. Pros Quick and easy to use. Allows dictation of sessions, in session recording-to-dictation, and upload of session audio files. They continue to make improvements, are responsive to feedback, and is budget friendly. Cons Because they continue to make improvements and updates, most of the cons have been addressed and changed. The current con I deal with is that the AI has a tendency to change gender pronouns to they/them, which often requires editing. On the positive side, I have been told that pronouns are being addressed in a future update. Review Source TF Traci F. I have tried other apps like this but Yung Sidekick is the most user-friendly one I have ever tried!! I HIGHLY recommend it! Cons I often forget to stop recording when I am busy. Pros I love how it creates a synopsis of each client as it stores each note for a specific client. I really enjoy the psychological profile it creates for each individual client through the accumulation of notes as well as the individualized treatment plans.
