Para el uso y funcionalidad que le damos ha sido adecuado y básico. Sin embargo, si creo que no hay muchas opciones para mejorar y gestionar los contenidos de manera más dinámica.

Pros

Atención al cliente. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y a resolver dudas. Buena comunicación con los asesores.

Cons

Facilidad de uso y que no se tengan muchas opciones para mejorar y administrar el look and feel. Considero que podrían integrarse elementos más dinámicos y con una mejor vista.

Para el área de capacitación, no es tan eficiente, a pesar que es una plataforma de cursos, podrían tener caminos más cortos para ejecutar las tareas. no son tan eficientes sus movimientos.

La plataforma ofrece un amplio catalogo de cursos de habilidades blandas para el personal administrativos, los cursos contienen información precisa, es muy interactiva. La atención por parte del equipo técnico es excelente, siempre con la mejor actitud y disposición para atender las dudas.

Es muy accesible el contenido y la plataforma ofrece grandes herramientas para la integración de la capacitación del personal.

Cons

en el celular abre muchas pestañas para ir hacia los diferentes sitios, y se puede confundir en donde dar clic para el menú del curso

Destaca su sólida capacidad para gestionar la capacitación a gran escala, permitiendo implementar iniciativas en distintas ubicaciones a nivel nacional sin perder control ni seguimiento. Además, en el servicio, valoro especialmente el acompañamiento cercano en el diseño de contenidos, ya que constantemente aportan soluciones que elevan la calidad de nuestras iniciativas de capacitación.

Cons

La experiencia en la app móvil puede mejorar, especialmente en términos de visualización y navegación. Ya que el rendimiento puede verse afectado en celulares con menor capacidad, lo que puede impactar la fluidez al tomar cursos.

Nuestra experiencia con WeTraining ha sido muy satisfactoria. Es un proveedor confiable, con una plataforma sólida que realmente aporta valor a nuestros objetivos de capacitación. Más allá de la herramienta, destacamos la calidad del servicio y la cercanía del equipo, lo que ha hecho que la relación sea muy positiva. Sin duda, es un aliado con el que buscamos seguir trabajando a largo plazo.

Pros

Lo que más destacamos es la calidad de la plataforma y el acompañamiento del equipo. WeTraining nos ha permitido consolidar de manera efectiva nuestros procesos de capacitación, con contenidos bien estructurados y una experiencia de usuario sencilla. Además, valoramos mucho su disposición, flexibilidad y rapidez para apoyarnos en momentos clave, especialmente durante la renovación.

Cons

En general la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Quizá como propuesta sería la integración de la IA en la plataforma para asignacion de planes de desarrollo basado en las evaluaciones de desempeño.
