La solution nous a permit de gagner de temps a d'avoir plus de suivit

Gain de temps et solution qui évolue et configurable selon nos besoins

Cons

Pas de possibilité de faire des recherches rapide il faut créer des requetes. Pas de possibilité d'utiliser les même qualification candidat que pour les besoins client afin de faire un matching entre un candidat et une entreprise qi peut potentiellement recruter sur son profil.

Nous avons changé de logiciel de recrutement en 2023, et je me suis chargé de ce projet au sein du cabinet. En tant que Cabinet de Recrutement, nos exigences étaient nombreuses, et seul Nicoka a pu répondre à notre cahier des charges. Nous avons pu complètement adapter l’outil à notre utilisation au fil des mois, et les retours clients ont tous été positif. Nicoka est aujourd’hui l’élément central de notre travail, et nous a permis de centraliser plusieurs outils au même endroit. Et nous n’utilisons même pas encore toute ses capacités ! Nous sommes vraiment satisfait !

Pros

Nicoka est un outil complet, qui peut couvrir quasiment tous les besoins multimédia d’une entreprise : ERP, ATS, CRM, RH, recrutement, comptabilité… La possibilité de personnalisation est immense, bien qu’elle demande un peu de prise en main pour le faire soit même, mais pas de panique : l’équipe de Nicoka, ultra réactive est toujours là pour nous aider. L’outil est fluide, simple, apprécié par les clients sur les interfaces partagées, et sans cesse amélioré. De plus, il existe plusieurs possibilités pour faire une même chose ce qui est moins contraignant.

Cons

Pas de vrai inconvénient, sinon la nécessité si vous souhaitez le personnaliser vous même de vous y plonger correctement. La logique s’acquiert vite toutefois ! Il ne manque vraiment pas grand-chose !

Je suis très satisfaite du logiciel. Nous sommes deux associés et avons donc deux licences. Nicoka nous permet de bien travailler collectivement sur nos missions. Nous nous servons aussi de Nicoka comme logiciel de facturation.

Pros

Nicoka a l'avantage de proposer deux solutions en une : ATS et CRM connectés. C'est un gain de temps dans l'utilisation quotidienne. De plus, le logiciel multiposte nos annonces sur l'ensemble des jobboards et est relié à notre site internet. Nicoka propose aussi des plug-in reliés à Linkedin et à Nicoka qui permettent d'importer des CV ou des contacts commerciaux directement.

Cons

Je n'ai pas d'inconvénients notables à soulever avec Nicoka mais il n'y a pas encore de synchronisation avec la messagerie linkedin.

Super ! j'en suis ravie, les équipes sont réactives et toujours disponibles.

Pros

C'est un outil tout en un : ATS, CRM, SIRH. Pas besoin de passer par différentes plateformes, j'ai tout eu même endroit.

Cons

Il n'y a rien que je n'apprécie pas. Peut-être juste un peu plus d'outils IA pour optimiser les recrutements.

Mon expérience avec l'ATS Nicoka : un outil intuitif ,innovant et efficace ! Après plusieurs mois d’utilisation de l’ATS Nicoka, je suis pleinement satisfaite par cet outil de gestion des talents. Voici ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué : ✅ Une interface simple et intuitive : Nicoka offre une prise en main rapide, même pour les utilisateurs novices. La navigation fluide permet de se concentrer sur l’essentiel : recruter efficacement. ✅ Une gestion optimisée des candidatures : Le suivi des candidats est clair et organisé. Les fonctionnalités de tri et de recherche facilitent le travail, même avec un grand volume de candidatures. ✅ Un gain de temps considérable : Automatisation des tâches répétitives, communication simplifiée avec les candidats… Nicoka permet de se focaliser sur les missions stratégiques. ✅ Un support client réactif : Chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou besoin d’aide, l’équipe Nicoka a répondu rapidement et efficacement. Cet ATS est un véritable allié pour les professionnels des RH à la recherche de simplicité, de performance et d’efficacité. Je recommande vivement !

J'apprécie la disponibilité et la flexibilité de l'équipe pour répondre à nos demandes et propositions. Les échanges pour les axes d'améliorations sont très intéressants. Bref une équipe au top !

Cons

Peut- être un axe d'amélioration sur le graphisme des rapports par exemple en particulier sur les camemberts et les histogrammes .
