Pros: This user-friendly platform effectively meets our small business needs in terms of scope, capabilities, integrations, and cost. The ongoing support that comes with the products, free of hidden fees, was another key selling point.
Cons: I am still waiting to identify a con. Possibly, one could say that the QMS module is separate from the Inv, but QT9 overcomes that with seamless integration of the two systems.
