Overall it was easy to use. Can collaborate with different departments, finance ordering parts and work order management. The network is also very great. Contact management is also great. You can get emails and update phone numbers and links.

Pros

Value for money cheaper than other softwares. Customer support is pretty quick and efficient. Much recommended for big organizations. Less marketing emails and more useful contains and updates available every quarterly.

Cons

Need to reload the page every 15 minutes if there is no activity and also need to save the bookmark in order to open the page.
