My overall experience with Connexus has been positive, from initially getting started until using it for over 6 months. Very good user interface makes it easy to learn, and the asset management, work order assignment and compliance management have made everyones job much easy. Management is also very happy with the insights which are gathered, and every 6 months we review our data and look for operational improvements.

Pros

Connexus core features for scheduling maintenance, asset management and contractor coordination is very easy to use. Our technician team was across it very quickly and enjoy using the mobile app. Also, the system can be tailored on settings alone so we can customise the system to our desired workflows.

Cons

It would be good if the jobs could be over multiple days for the occasional larger job. We get around it, but that's the only feedback.

We have loved working with the team closely. They were aligned with our strategies and have now helped us get to a strong position in our maintenance strategy.

Pros

Very well rounded CMMS. Does everything you need and more. Best solution I have used out of the many available.

Cons

Currently you can migrate all data except for current work orders. At the beginning they helped add it in for us, but it would be great if it could be added to the existing migrate template.

The system was very easy to implement with us being live within 2 weeks. The system is easy to use and does everything we need. Support during implementation and post go-live has been really good and the team is always available for us.

Pros

Asset management and parts management have been really useful for us. We didn't have insight on costs and breakdowns related to our production equipment and realised some assets were not worth keeping. The planned maintenance is also good, as it just automates that process and really is set and forget.

Cons

Hard to find a con as everything has worked as expected and the product is innovating and evolving really well. I understand there is probably many things to focus on with technology advancing so quickly, but if I had to say anything it would be great if they could expand their out of the box integrations available.

“I wasn’t sure at first, but switching to Connexus turned out to be a smart move. It’s super easy to figure out, and way better than the old system I was using. Everything’s simple and smoother now. Really glad I made the switch.”

Easy to use platform with comprehensive reporting, great overall functionality with a great future road map. We also found it cost effective for what they offered.

Cons

On their professional plan their is customisation to the system, but it would be awesome if more customisation could be available in the future! In saying that, great system.
