I cannot say enough good things about CueBox - it has been a great choice for our organization and has improved our patron experience.

Pros

CueBox is an incredibly easy to use system for our staff and our patrons. It has increased productivity and our number of donors.

Cons

It is still an emerging system, so new capabilities are being added all the time - this means sometimes we are eager to see them roll out when they come!

CueBox makes building shows and packages easy and I love that I can copy links and QR codes. It is also easy to share the links with our webmaster. (Our previous software required downloading code to put links on the website.) Customer support is stellar! Both in response times but also in listening to suggestions and rolling out new features. The CRM makes it easy to track patron sales and donations.

Pros

The patron experience is so simple that more patrons are purchasing tickets online and not calling the office for assistance saying they gave up trying to do it themselves. CueBox makes add-ons easy and we do see patrons using that option to make donations. A 50% increase in add-on donations compared to our previous software. We appreciate all of the reporting options as we were able to increase our sales per ticket by analyzing data and changing our seat map without changing pricing. (An increase of $0.45-0.90 per ticket per show.)

Cons

Not much to say here! Customer support is so responsive that questions are answered quickly and suggestions often lead to the rollout of new features.

Lack of ease in contacting customer support. Massive amounts of information on each page with very small font making it difficult for staff to use. The patron experience was clunky, with many clicks to get to the payment screen. Building shows was nightmarish.
