We were struggling to get consistent call outcomes. Bearworks helped us get more connections and made the workflow easier for the team. Our reps feel more productive — and it shows in the results.

Pros

The reps on our team picked it up quickly, and we started seeing more real conversations happening almost immediately. Support was amazing — quick responses, real answers, and they clearly care about helping smaller teams succeed.

Cons

The setup needed a bit of guidance, but once we went live, everything ran smoothly and without issues.

We had a messy, fragmented system before. Now reps can stay in one place and focus. Calls are happening faster, coaching is better, and team output is up.

Pros

It’s just smooth. Reps aren’t juggling tabs or losing context anymore. HubSpot integration is solid, the UI is intuitive, and the Virtual Salesfloor lets us coach live. We’ve saved time, reduced dropped leads, and created a tighter loop between reps and managers.

Cons

Took a minute to customize everything to our flow, but their team was helpful and fast with support.

We cleaned up a ton of data issues, stopped wasting time on flagged numbers, and now have full visibility into call outcomes. It’s made our whole outbound process more efficient and measurable.

Pros

As someone who manages the sales stack, I really appreciated how fast we got Bearworks up and running. The real-time data has made coaching and performance tracking way easier. Plus, reps actually like using it — always a good sign.

Cons

Nothing major — would love a deeper reporting dashboard eventually, but it hasn’t slowed us down. Highly recommended.
