Advising opticians on the system has been a refreshing excecise because of its comprehensive ability to control all aspects of the operation for the smallest as well as the largest chain of shops. Moreover, the pricing model is quite refreshing, in so much as it's one price per shop with no limit to users or devices and there are no other add-on prices.

Pros

Easy to use and intutative interface, makes it simple for anyone to use and understand. It's a comprehensive solution which eliminates the need for separate accounting , stock management or CRM systems.There's no limit to the number of users and it can be accessed from any device at any time. Also, the training and ongoing support are totally free.

Cons

That I didn't find it sooner. There were some translation errors in some of the descriptions but these were quickly corrected once I brought them to the attention of the Glasson tram.
