Seit dem wir das System haben eine sehr große Erleichterung im Prozess Kunden, Verwaltung von Aufträgen und Workflow

Automatisierter Workflow. Alles läuft automatisiert und man spart sich mindestens ein Mitarbeiter der immer die Kunden kontaktieren muss. Highlight ist die KVA Funktion, wo der Kunde über ein Link den kva bestätigen oder ablehnen kann und der kva kommt im Anhang als pdf was sehr professionell ist.

Cons

Nutzen es seit über 5 Jahren und uns wurde nie was negatives aufgefallen alles wurde gut durchdacht.

Das Programm hat sich im Rahmen der Beta Phase konstant verbessert und Feedback regelmäßig aufgegriffen. Es ist in der vorliegenden Version schon in vielen Details der Konkurrenz überlegen.

Pros

RepairCMS ist eine neue Reparaturverwaltungssoftware unter anderem für Uhrenwerkstätten. Ich nutze die Software seit einem Jahr im Rahmen der Beta-Phase und möchte sie euch weiterempfehlen. Der Entwickler kommt aus Österreich und hat zuvor eine Plattform für die Reparatur von Handys entwickelt und diese jetzt auch für Uhren angepasst. Es gibt einige interessante Funktionen und viele Ideen sind noch in der Pipeline. Die Zeitersparnis insbesondere im Bereich Kostenvoranschläge und Kommunikation rechtfertigen absolut den Preis. Ich bekomme übrigens nichts für die Empfehlung, die anderen Hersteller konnten mich aber nicht überzeugen und haben zum Teil absurde Installationskosten und Pakete, hier ist hingegen alles recht unkompliziert und klar.

Das noch nicht alle neuen Ideen umgesetzt sind, insbesondere die Felder selbst vorgeben zu können (wie z.B. Referenznummer, Gehäusematerial,..)
