Our overall experience with UpGate has been excellent. It’s a partner that listens, adapts, and continuously improves. We highly value their openness, flexibility, and strong focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and growth.

Pros

pGate is extremely easy to communicate with. They have dedicated team members for both commercial and technical topics, and collaboration with them has been smooth and efficient from the start. Everyone we’ve worked with is flexible, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping their partners grow. A technological platform can always be built, but it’s the people behind it that make the real difference, and in this case, the UpGate team truly stands out.

Cons

At the beginning, some technical features we needed were not yet available. However, the positive side is that UpGate immediately added them to their roadmap and their tech team developed the required functionality quickly, not only for us but also for other merchants.

Smooth and efficient overall experience. Reliable platform for processing payments and interface which is easy to use. Overall it's been a positive experience.

Pros

UpGate offers a user-friendly platform making it east to manage and track payments. I also appreciate the support team's responsiveness when questions arise.

Cons

Better reporting features - more detailed reports in order to to be able to perform more detailed analysis.

Extremely happy that payments can be managed from one portal and any issues can be resolved by one team who is always there.

Pros

The interface is super user-friendly and the it enables the merchants to take control over critical areas as routing rules, cascading and fraud prevention.

Cons

Despite the fact that there are multiple different user roles, I believe that the addition of some will enhance the safety of the merchant's settings and accessibility of the right features to specific users.
