I believe their are doing their best to improve and upgrade their product constantly. I like using their platform because it is helpful and easy.

Pros

Userfriendly platform, easy to comprehent and use, very helpful in my everyday work. But most of all, wonderful, helpful, friendly support

Cons

It would be more useful if they could connect directly with more OTAs and share the information that are important for the tax office. Not having this connection with other channels is not an issue to be solved entirely by Tourmie but it would be useful to have it.

### "Best guest guide i've used so far."

The customer service I have received from Kiriaki has been exceptional, she has spent time helping me set up my Tourmie platform and our guide books plus guided me through the whole system. Kiriaki has a vast knowledge of Tourmie and has been able to answer and assist me with everything I have needed to get set up. Our short term rental business was using Touch stay prior to switching over to Tourmie and I am finding Tourmie so much better. Whilst Touch stay does offer more flexibility with personalising the brand look of you company I have found that Tourmie offers far more features, such as automatically personalised guide books for each guest, a guest portal where guests can see any special requests they have ordered, a detailed breakdown of customer information and booking details and more. I would highly recommend Tourmie, the system is user friendly, full of useful features and the customer service is incredible.

Pros

A great user friendly platform if you're in the Short Term Rental business looking to send guest guides and booking information. The customer service is amazing and Kiriaki is bursting with knowledge.

Cons

The brand customisation is a bit limited, it would be good if the pages looked more like our website pages to keep our brand consistent

Great experience, a product that you can customize and add third party services as you wish. Ability to add custom domains and also intergrade your own email address is excellent.

Pros

Efficient customer service hotel portal can be customized in many levels potential to add third party services

Cons

Maybe a multi-property page could be added so you can see all arrivals in one place or categorize them as you wish. In general there is not many negatives that can be stated about this product.

Tourmie team is excellent and extremely helpful with all our needs. From set up till special requests, they have supported us fully.

Pros

A great way to communicate, inform and handle daily operations in short term rentals, especially for multiple property ownership. The fact that all these operations are made remotely, has given us more flexibility and time to focus on upgrading our service. Its connection with AADE is a great breakthrough and tool for the accounting office.

Cons

It would more useful if it could connect with any pms system and any type of electronic lock system, apart from the ones affiliated.

Just in one year of subscription, the positive impact of the software is strongly evident in our day to day operations and has enabled us to expand our operations without dealing with micro management issues.

Pros

Upgrades significantly the hosting experience for the visitors and delivers huge time management assistance to the hosts. Also creates great cross selling opportunities for boosting hosts' income and for improving their direct sales campaigns.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning. Its a dynamic software that continuously expands its service features.
