En resumen os ha ayudado a tener un mejor control en general con informacion estandarizada y actualizada.

Pros

Como muchas empresas llevaba mi control en WhatsApp, Excel y claro mucha de la informacion desactualizada y errores por planos e informacion obsoleta con IntoAEC – MAEC, hemos visto que la informacion de Presupuestos y tiempos se tienen en tiempo real, hemos minimizado las faltas de material y por supuesto las vueltas de emergencia. La informacion que se tiene en la oficina es la misma que se visualiza en la contruccion, planos actualizados y eso ayuda a minimizar errores. Tenemos en un solo lugar la evidencia con fotos y firmas digitales, lo que ayuda a demostrar el verdadero avance y de esa manera poder cobrar y pagar, gracias a los repostes en linea que tenemos.

Cons

Se debe tener una persona encargadad de la implementacion y capacitar a todo el personal, lo cual aplica a todos los software nuevos que se implementan .

MIMP DESIGNS as architectural practice involved in projects from concept design to final occupation, documentation and coordination are a major part of our workload. IntoAEC has significantly improved how we manage proposals, reports, and structured submissions across the project lifecycle. The platform brings consistency and professionalism to our documentation while saving time during tender and reporting stages. This is particularly valuable when handling multiple projects simultaneously. It also supports clearer coordination between consultants and contractors because documentation is more structured and standardized. Overall, IntoAEC has added real value to our workflow and improved the quality of our professional outputs.

Pros

Pros

I have been using IntoAEC for almost 4-5 months and i find it user friendly and value for Money as it covers everything an Interior Designer and Architect requires.

Cons

Bugs and fixes need to be fixed to make it more smoother experience. You need to give customized options for adding type of work specially in interiors project.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use IntoAEC. the interface is very user-friendly and makes it simple to navigate through all the features. I also love the ready-made templates provided for proposals and other documents, it really helps save time. The customer service is excellent too, fast replies and quick solutions whenever there’s a problem.

Cons

Sometimes the AI chatbot “Zyra” gives responses that are not fully accurate, but overall it’s still helpful for quick assistance.

Ui and functional are great.. Inventory module Schedule and task is outstanding 2d plan of upload and the auto measurements is very new....sending estimate to client are very innovative and helps to analyse the client mindset with your AI questionire...

Cons

Nothing to say as you guys are consistently upgrading the software as per the current trend and client requirements
