It seems like a platform for cash based, small entities without complicated transactions. Pros Feature set seems strong. I am a small shop, so this is one of the better programs I've tried for the price. Cons Once I connected to Stripe, it seems to drive us to use Stripe instead of letting us operate within the platform and only do the card transactions on Stripe. So far, I'd recommend Reinvest to every entrepreneur looking to manage their company finance better. Pros So far the customer support has been amazing. The app is also super easy to use, which is always amazing. Cons There isn't a physical app to it yet, but that's not the biggest of deals. That'd be nice if there was small courses on how to take care of the finances 101. However, ReInvestWealth, being a good fit for you, is a matter of your needs. I wouldn't suggest ReInvestWealth to a big corporation with millions of dollars to account for, but for entrepreneurs, small businesses, freelancers, etc. this is the best software I could find (considering everything, including price) Pros Simplicity. As an entrepreneur who also has a full-time job, I never had enough time and knowledge to deal with my company's finances and accounting. I used to use Odoo and then Quickbooks, but both had problems, mostly because of unnecessary features and complications. I wanted something simple that could do the job without requiring me to go through complicated and unnecessary customizations and setups. I could start "WORKING" with ReInvestWealth from the get-go, avoiding spending time on "LEARNING" it! Cherry on the top, is that ReInvestWealth also does my HST/GST and annual tax submission. Cons User experience can be improved. Actions like bulk modification of transactions sometimes could be a challenge. Something annoying is that I have to connect my bank account (CIBC) every month. I know this is not a problem with ReInvestWealth but CIBC, because Odoo also had this problem when I was using it. ReInvestWealth sends me reminders to keep my bank account connected, which is appreciated, but connecting my bank account every month is not desirable. The setup was straightforward and I was able to start using it almost immediately without having to learn a complicated system. What really makes it different is how much the AI helps automate things. Transactions are categorized automatically and the platform gives helpful insights without requiring a lot of manual work. For a small business owner, that saves a lot of time. Another feature I really like is that you can file HST returns directly within the app, which makes tax time much less stressful. Not having to jump between multiple tools or deal with complicated exports is a huge plus. Overall, the interface is clean, simple, and very intuitive. The flow and feel of the website is really intuitive and easy to use Pros I love how easy it is to use and how it fully covers everything you need to keep your expenses and taxes organized. The receipt upload is extremely helpful. It really does help you to see a much clearer picture on the overall health of your business.
