It seems like a platform for cash based, small entities without complicated transactions. Pros Feature set seems strong. Cons Once I connected to Stripe, it seems to drive us to use Stripe instead of letting us operate within the platform and only do the card transactions on Stripe. Pros Solution and support The solution (software) is very easy to use especially that RIW is reactive to any change request that adds value to users. It is also proactive in introduction of the latest technology to facilitate the bookkeeping process, and I would like to note the AI bookkeeping functionality. Moreover, the level of support in terms of speed and effectiveness makes me count on RIW whenever I face a difficulty, knowing they would swiftly take care of it. The platform is continuously evolving and improving, and I’m excited to see how it progresses. Pros It's super user-friendly. Very easy to track transactions and file taxes. Tax seasons aren't intimidating for me anymore. It takes me less than 2 minutes to file sales taxes, so you get the idea :) Cons For small businesses or professionals who have just started making over 30k, the subscription fee might be on the higher side. The setup was straightforward and I was able to start using it almost immediately without having to learn a complicated system. What really makes it different is how much the AI helps automate things. Transactions are categorized automatically and the platform gives helpful insights without requiring a lot of manual work. For a small business owner, that saves a lot of time. Another feature I really like is that you can file HST returns directly within the app, which makes tax time much less stressful. Not having to jump between multiple tools or deal with complicated exports is a huge plus. Overall, the interface is clean, simple, and very intuitive. There’s almost no learning curve, which is rare for accounting software. It’s great for entrepreneurs or small business owners who want something powerful but easy to manage. You had to level up just to get basic needs. Wave was not straightforward, and had to pay for more basic needs. The flow and feel of the website is really intuitive and easy to use Pros I love how easy it is to use and how it fully covers everything you need to keep your expenses and taxes organized. The receipt upload is extremely helpful. It really does help you to see a much clearer picture on the overall health of your business. Being able to book meetings with an accountant easily really helps for when you may be stuck or need further guidance. Cons I really can’t think of anything here. The platform is smooth, reliable, and makes managing my inc transactions way simpler. I’d definitely recommend it. Pros I really like how easy ReInvestWealth is to use. The layout is clean, everything loads fast, and the reports are super clear. Customer support has also been great whenever I needed help. Cons When I try to add a transaction using my mobile, it does not allow input the negative sign (-) as only the numeric keyboard is presented, so I can't enter my expenses on my mobile.
