No geral a plataforma é muito boa, não tive nenhum problema considerável e/ou negativo.

Pros

Facilidade de manuseio tanto para mim, quanto para o candidato

Cons

Poderia ter mais alguns recursos exemplo filtros e a captação vem muito do LinkedIn e Netvagas, acho que a divulgação interna poderia ser mais ampla para ter mais retorno. Rastrear o candidato que se candidata muitas vezes alterando o nome.
