We have been using R2 for 15 years, and has enabled our business to scale. It is reliable, robust and can be depended on.

Pros

The depth of features and functionality across many different business areas

Cons

Not natively browser based like some of its competitors, however web and app based modules have begun to be introduced in the last couple of years. R2 has a more traditional licensing model, this has been fine for us but would be good to see a subscription model adopted to allow business to flex team sizing and costs, along with visible price breaks
