Un outil indispensable pour passer à l'échelle supérieure. Malgré une mise en place exigeante, le gain en efficacité opérationnelle est indéniable.

Pros

L'automatisation des messages et l'intégration fluide avec notre CRM existant. Cela nous permet de gérer un gros volume de demandes clients de manière centralisée et sécurisée.

Cons

Le processus de configuration initiale est assez complexe et demande des compétences techniques. De plus, les coûts par session peuvent vite grimper si le volume est très élevé.
