Personally I don't think it's worth the money or up to standards. I like the idea of it but it is impacting my business and managing messages between multiple users is impossible which is what they've built it for and charge you for

Pros

Support on set up Like the ability to link with teams so multiple users can pick up messages (not always the case though)

Cons

Can't receive messages in group chats Other users can't always see messages initiated or replied to by other users Impact to my Business
