I think the TB.ONE platform is easy to use for checking errors, it’s not difficult to manage mappings and fix issues. However, the support team is not very responsive. When we need urgent assistance to resolve a problem quickly, we often have to wait a long time for a reply.

Pros

The TB.ONE platform is easy to use for checking errors, managing mappings, and fixing issues. The interface is clear and intuitive, which makes it simple to identify problems and apply corrections directly. It also allows us to monitor product data and channel synchronization efficiently.

Cons

the support team is not very responsive Sometimes, when we face urgent issues that affect our daily operations or block product transfers, we have to wait several days to receive a response. This delay makes it difficult to react quickly and ensure smooth communication with our partners and marketplaces. A faster reaction time and more regular follow-up from the support team would really help us to resolve problems efficiently and avoid interruptions in our activity.

Unterm Strich kann ich nichts negatives Finden, die Nutzung von TB.one hat den Verkauf auf MPs leichter gemacht

Pros

Einfache Handhabe in sämtlichen Bereichen. Produkte sind schnell beim Partner verfügbar, so dass Abverkäufe schnell gewährleistet werden können

Cons

Die Fehlerübermittlung vom Marktplatz selbst ans TB.one könnte einfach dargestellt werden. Eine Übermittlung der Fehler in Bereich "Fehlerliste" im Produkt selbst wäre wünschenswert
