CE21 is a great platform to broadcast your webinars or videos. They are always making updates and are open to improvements with new software programming. I would highly suggest CE21 for your broadcast needs.

Pros

The staff if super friendly and is always eager to help solve any problems or issues. Customer support is top knotch! The software is very easy to use and is always being updated to make it more user friendly.

Cons

It does take a little while to learn all of the bells and whistles with CE21, but it is well worth the learning time.

CE21 is by far the most streamlined solution we have reviewed. Other solutions involve many more steps to create simple replays and ondemand. In CE21 you point to your project, add replay dates and SKU codes. That's all. Replays are schedule in a few steps in just minutes. Other software requires a new project for each replay.

Pros

Ease of Use Great Support Quick response when something is wrong. Usually get responses within a few minutes.

Cons

That my company keeps making me evaluate other solutions periodically to verify CE21 is best. It always comes through at the best value for the dollar.

It was a number of years ago but Knovio/Knowledge vision kept promising multi bitrate delivery and never delivered. CE21 had it from day 1 and their system was similar to Knowledge vision but even more efficient. Also Knovio was moving more to a different delivery model that was not a match for us.

I’ve worked with CE21 since 2020 using both their virtual event and LMS features, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. CE21 feels like a true partner rather than just a software vendor. While it is not the least expensive option, the cost reflects the quality of service, reliability, and ongoing platform enhancements. Their support team consistently goes above and beyond, and their livestreaming and event management services make even complex hybrid events low-stress. Overall, CE21 is a dependable, flexible solution that I would confidently recommend to associations looking for strong service, scalability, and revenue-generating capabilities.

Pros

Exceptional customer service is CE21’s greatest strength. Casey, Reid, Clint, and the entire team are consistently accessible, responsive, and proactive—I’ve never had a question or concern go unanswered. Their white-glove support makes complex virtual and hybrid events feel easy and removes a significant burden from staff. The platform is highly adaptable, with flexible course and credit options that make it easy to convert content between formats. CE21 has also provided a valuable avenue for generating additional revenue, especially for small associations. I especially appreciate the automated marketing and sales emails, affordable and reliable livestreaming services, and the ability to support multiple chapters or organizations through a shared catalog system—something we have not found replicated elsewhere.

Cons

Because CE21 offers a robust and feature-rich platform, there is a learning curve when first getting started. While the LMS catalog works well, additional customization options for course listings would be a welcome improvement. For hybrid events, a more “mobile app–like” experience—such as enhanced networking tools, gamification, or attendee communication features—would be beneficial, though the existing event portals function well as a substitute for most event app needs.

I could not be more pleased with CE21. They have a wonderful LMS and their staff and support team are second to none.

Pros

It is user-friendly on both the administrative and learner sides. While most of our courses are online and on-demand, we have also offered live in-person and webinar courses for both small and large groups, all of which have run very smoothly. Their YouTube-like platform for online courses is exceptionally easy to use.

Cons

Nothing. On the very rare occasions when we have identified an issue, required assistance, or offered a suggestion, CE21’s support staff has responded promptly and professionally. They are truly a pleasure to work with.

We've found this AMS system to be a truly valuable asset. A key factor in our decision to transition was the highly capable LMS, which integrates perfectly with the AMS. We've had the pleasure of working with \[sensitive content hidden\] , and their professionalism and support have been outstanding."

Pros

A critical factor for us has been the ability to customize our membership categories, even when our approach was unconventional. We deeply value their willingness to listen to our suggestions for enhancements and their consistent effort to find creative workarounds that address our unique needs.

Cons

Improving the clarity of communication to each CE 21 team member would be beneficial. Currently, we tend to gravitate towards team members who have a deep understanding of past decisions and with whom we've had successful engagements, as this provides the necessary context for our work.

Since adopting CE21, we've streamlined our operations, improved member engagement, and gained powerful insights through their reporting tools. The intuitive interface makes it easy for our team to manage events, communications, and renewals in one centralized system. Our members have also noticed the difference—with an improved online experience and easier access to resources. The customer support team has been responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way.

Pros

What stands out most about CE21 is its professional, polished appearance—it gives both our team and our members a strong first impression and a seamless user experience. Just as important is the exceptional support we’ve received from the team at CE21. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help us navigate challenges or customize solutions. Cons

One area where CE21 falls short is in event setup—especially when our doctors need to select specific options or provide detailed information during registration. The process isn’t very intuitive or user-friendly, which can lead to confusion and extra manual follow-up. Additionally, generating reports isn’t always straightforward. The system lacks an easy, one-click solution to pull comprehensive data tied to those event selections. This makes post-event analysis and follow-up more time-consuming than it should be
