We valued the personal approach and the clear focus on achieving a compliant end result, which gave us confidence throughout the DAC-7 reporting process. Pros We have used the Supplied solution for DAC-7 reporting and greatly appreciated the personal approach, which ensured a final result fully compliant with the required reporting. Cons If we had to mention one point for improvement, it would be the instructions and descriptions for using the tooling, which seemed more focused on the process itself than on the perspective of end users. However, this was more than compensated by the excellent support provided by the Customer Success team.
