  • Overall experience with Auxocare is Good. The most like about Auxocare is enhanced precision, Improved Visualization.

  • Auxocare is a user friendly and super easy software, especially for uploading and reviewing of documents. Auxocare help me to keep every documents well organized so that I can easily access them.

  • Auxo Care has great customer service and is willing add to their roadmap if we need something else. The training is great and it's a great software.

  • Great end to end home care system that allows you to focus on growing the business. True Revenue Cycle Management system that supports all payor sources.

Cons

  • The least about Auxocare is Time consuming during ERA updation, Showing error.

  • The lag that occurs in between the work which shows up like errors are a major cons of Auxocare.

  • Frustrating beyond belief. I truly cannot stand working with this platform sorry.

  • I dislike how much the system glitches, I will put caregivers into the platform and there is always an issue.

"Outstanding Home Care Software"

Overall: Auxocare is a user friendly software which help me to do my work efficently. It allows me to save a lot of time.

Pros: Auxocare is a user friendly and super easy software, especially for uploading and reviewing of documents. Auxocare help me to keep every documents well organized so that I can easily access them.One feature which I really like is that the exipration dates of the documents which displayed on each documents slot, this help me to ensure that every documents are up to date. One of the standout features of Auxocare is its seamless integration with CareerPlug. This allows me to access all job applications directly within the Auxocare platform, making recruitment more efficient and streamlined. Another feature that I find is the accessibility of different report. We can download different types of reports that helps with our day-to-day operations.

Cons: Till now I haven't had any significant problems with the software.

"Sign up with AuxoCare and simplify your workload"

Overall: This process has been a breeze from the transition, training, and implementation. We love the simplicity of this system. I can do it all from one platform.

Pros: We've seen 20% or more revenue since we've teamed up with AuxoCare

Cons: The alerts window is sometimes hectic, but they have considered my feedback, and I see improvement.

"Auxo care give"

Overall: some days are good and some not so much these days take hours for scheduling be cause it double all of then then i spend a lot of time redoing and deleting dont make for much fun using my time that could be used else where

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] is a great help always willing to help out

Cons: logging in every day takes 7 or 8 tries then when i go to the page i need it logs me back out. it doubles the schedule and over laps time scheduled with caregiver

"This is THE home care software you need!"

Overall: Auxo Care has done for one of our offices what multiple other big name home care software companies hasn't been able to do: they've figured out how to bill our state Medicaid! Auxo Care has great customer service and is willing add to their roadmap if we need something else. The training is great and it's a great software.

Pros: I love the dashboard and how it displays the most important parts of the business for me in real time. If I have hours that are authorized, but not scheduled, I know instantly!

Cons: I think Auxo Care is awesome, so it's hard to pin down something I like the least, but if I had to choose, I'd say the Revenue Report takes a couple seconds to load. It's crunching a bunch of data though, so it isn't too bad.

"A true end to end home care management system!"

Overall: Was able to simplify operations and grow my business 25% year over year. Great support team that is able and available to answer questions and help with anything including custom reports.

Pros: Great end to end home care system that allows you to focus on growing the business. True Revenue Cycle Management system that supports all payor sources. AI functions, automation and dashboards makes day to day operations a breeze. Great Support team to really help with questions or issues.

Cons: After using the likes of ClearCare, Axiscare, etc. I was truly taken back by how simple Auxo Care is and how information is presented for better decision making. I am not able to come up with any Cons.

"Auxo Care - Making Daily Operations Easier"

Overall: I am using Auxo Care for Scheduling purpose, and I'm very much happy with all its features which makes my works easier. All the recently added AI features, especially 'Care Wiz AI' , 'Generative AI' and 'Around Me' feature make all the daily operations much easier

Pros: I like most of the recently added features of Auxo Care. The AI features makes the daily operations very much easier and it's very easy to learn all the Auxo Care operations. As RingCentral is already integrated with Auxo Care, I don't want to switch to multiple applications for calling purpose, that is one of the major things that I like about Auxo Care

Cons: So far, I haven't experienced any issues with Auxo Care

"Auxo Care is the best option for Scheduling. "

Overall: It is really helpful and cost effective. It also simplifies things and ensures a time managing experience. I am satisfied with Auxo Care.

Pros: Ai Featured Operations, and Simplicity, Carewiz AI for scheduling and the use of Generative AI Operational updates and integration with ring central for For excellent call analysis , call recording and missed calls notification. Around me Feature shows real-time data for planning and scheduling with saves the travel cost for our caregivers. It has an excellent revenue cycle management system. With automated royalty submission it also accommodates any type of payor. Should mention about the Care giver app which is made simple for caregivers to use. The AR allows you to see how each office is doing with details and carewiz insights will show you how the staffs are spending time with us. The bulk Email feature and call log allows us to communicate clearly and effectively.

Cons: I don't have anything much to say about this.

"Compared to former software , Auxo Care's generative AI is super powerful."

Overall: I am using Auxo Care mainly for scheduling and related operations. This software makes my Job easier because of the recent updates in the carewiz AI. Now the system is more powerful and fully automated. Which in turn makes my work smoother and increased client satisfaction.

Pros: User friendly dashboard. Its very simple to understand. Every operations including scheduling are AI powered and generative AI helps in operational updates.

Cons: Everything is perfect and easy to handle.

"Frustrating"

Overall: Frustrating beyond belief. I truly cannot stand working with this platform sorry

Pros: Honestly I do not like much. Since Auxo has revamped from the last platform we have had nothing but issues.

Cons: I dislike how much the system glitches, I will put caregivers into the platform and there is always an issue. Whether it is the caregiver becoming active when I inactivate them or clients who have been deactivated becoming active again.

"Efficient system improvement"

Overall: Overall experience in Auxocare is fine. system is user friendly, The billing tab and Report section have more efficient. Sometimes system is slow down & Delay. Please improve auto ERA upation area in Auxocare.

Pros: I liked most about Auxo Care was the Billing tab and the Report section. The Billing tab made it easy to track and manage claims & Report section provided detailed and clear insight

Cons: Sometimes system slowed down that should be effected overall workflow. In the ERA update section, VA claims were not automatically updated. For in Medicaid claims, some clients’ ERA automation was not functioning properly, which created extra manual work.

"AUXO care experience"

Overall: The auxo team is pretty good , anytime have any questions they are right there to help

Pros: The communication the team has with us , quick responses

Cons: the locations not picking up causing the caregivers to have to always use the clients phones

"Auxo care- Connecting Caregiver and Clients"

Pros: Auxo care is user friendly. The around me feature in auxo care made the scheduling task much more easier. Integration of ring central with auxo care is also useful.

Cons: Sometimes the shifts are deleted automatically and there are chances of shifts getting duplicated.

"BEST COMPANY for TRAINING CAREGIVERS"

Pros: This is an awesome program for our caregivers to obtain the training required. They have all stated they have learned so much, even those that have been in the business for years.

Cons: There is NOTHING i dislike. Customer support has been excellent and timely.

"Perfect app for Home care services"

Pros: Very simple and crystal clear. The real time dadh board and who is near me are excellent features of the app.

"CCC Review"

Overall: I love the features of Auxo Care, it makes it easy to assign shifts to the best matched caregiver. Around me feature helps make the travel time for caregivers between clients a lot bettter.

Pros: The around me feature is a game changer for field staff

Cons: sometimes the app takes you to the wrong address and it would be nice to display clients phone number on app

" Auxocare - Right Choice"

Overall: We have used other software for our scheduling purposes for our home Care agency. Auxocare surpasses any previous system we have interacted with when compared to the functions & capabilities.

Pros: Customer Service and software functionality

Cons: 2 step process for the clocking out using the app

"Pocket friendly App"

Overall: It's very much friendly user applications

Pros: When the caregiver missed to clocking in the colour changes.

Cons: When we enter the time duration and again we have to enter the service tab manually.

"Administrator's Feedback on Auxo Care"

Pros: Usability on both admin end as well as the caregiver app experience. Very easy to teach a new hire.

Cons: It can go "down" quite often. I know they are always improving and working on updates so it's understandable. But when it's "down" office staff and caregivers can't do their job until it's back up.

"Auxo care the super supporter"

Overall: I am very satisfied with all the features of Auxocare especially AI powered features for scheduling and all.

Pros: The near me option which helps us to find the real time caregivers to fill the shift is a feature that i love most about Auxocare

Cons: The lag that occurs in between the work which shows up like errors are a major cons of Auxocare
