It is simple to learn and use in all aspects of what the program offers. Highly recommend for any business looking to improve marketing and understand their budget better. Pros Very easy to use and intuitive. We are able to pull next level lists with this program. It is also very accurate and helpful in our planning and budgeting. Cons Nothing comes to mind. Reporting is very customizable. Switched from [Google Analytics 360](https://www.capterra.com/p/177042/Google-Analytics/) GA was not very user friendly and getting harder to use with all the updates.
