Pros

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of set up. No long drawn out implementation. We were up and running gathering critcal insights about our clients within minutes.

Pros

The ease of setup. All we had to do was install a small code snippet and the data started to flow. The dashboard area gives us a good indication of how our clients are doing

I wish it had a way to do surveys and polls
