L'aspect pratique et rapide. L'outil est très pratique pour pouvoir suivre les factures et les relances, et pour gagner du temps sur le recouvrement.

Pour la plupart de mon utilisation je suis satisfaite Par contre la partie transmise aux tiers donc ici Modero on est vraiment dans le flou... les clients sont bloqués pour la plupart depuis octobre et je dois demander une intervention de chez vous.

Pros

La facilité d'utilisation, la clarté et la rapidité de réponse du support. Le logiciel est assez clair et dynamique avec qq lacunes

Cons

Parfois il manque des raccourcis, les numéros de clients qui ne sont pas visibles partout, ... si je suis dans une rubrique et que je dois connaître le nom du client mais qu 'j'ai plus facile avec le numéro Dans les plans de paiements pas de visibilité des numéros de clients Ne pas savoir trier par cabinet pour moi est une perte de temps Ne pas pouvoir envoyer un mail à un client qui a reçu un rappel mais qui ne nous a pas encore retourner de réponse....

es fonctionnalités sont bien pensées, ce qui permet de gagner du temps et de suivre efficacement les relances et le recouvrement. La navigation est fluide, les informations sont faciles à retrouver et tout est fait pour optimiser le suivi client. En bref, c’est un outil performant, fiable et pratique, qui facilite vraiment le travail de recouvrement.

Pros

Je suis très satisfaite de l’utilisation de RECOVR. Le logiciel est vraiment intuitif, simple à prendre en main et très agréable à utiliser au quotidien. L

Cons

Il semble y avoir un petit soucis avec l'encours de la balance et il manque aussi la possibilité de faire des exports dans certains menus

Avant Recovr, la gestion du recouvrement était entièrement manuelle, ce qui représentait une charge importante en termes de temps, d’énergie, et de responsabilité pour la personne en charge. L’envoi de courriers de relance, en particulier, n’était pas une tâche agréable à assumer. Avec Recovr, nous avons trouvé un vrai soulagement. Le logiciel nous apporte une structure claire, un cadre uniforme pour le traitement des impayés, tout en permettant une personnalisation pour nos clients VIP. Nous avons désormais un suivi client rigoureux, une approche cohérente, et un gain en professionnalisme : nos clients savent que nous sommes organisés et que le règlement des factures est attendu. Recovr nous a permis d’instaurer des processus solides, de délester une tâche difficile, et d’améliorer notre relation client. C’est devenu un outil indispensable dans notre quotidien. Merci !

Pros

Ce que nous avons tout de suite apprécié avec Recovr, c’est son interface claire et intuitive. Elle nous offre une visibilité complète sur nos impayés, avec une identification rapide des clients concernés. Toutes les options de suivi sont centralisées, ce qui simplifie grandement notre gestion quotidienne. C’est un vrai gain de temps et d’énergie pour notre équipe.

Cons

Il peut parfois être un peu difficile de naviguer dans les menus, qui ont tendance à se chevaucher ou à manquer de clarté dans certaines situations. Il nous arrive de chercher le bon emplacement pour effectuer une action précise. De plus, la création d’un plan de paiement n’est pas toujours intuitive : il faut penser à sortir du processus automatique, ce qui rend cette étape un peu plus complexe qu’on ne le souhaiterait.

Logiciel très compliqué, il faut toujours du développement, c'est extrêmement difficile de l'utiliser. Nous n'avions aucune automatisation à part l'envoie de la facture. Aucune option pour que le client paie notre rappel. C'était un véritable calvaire.

A part dire que tout c'est plus que merveilleusement déroulé de l'installation (accompagnement plus que parfait, intégration au logiciel BOB rapide et fluide), de la configuration (là aussi, extrêmement bien accompagné) et des résultats rapides et significatifs ! (diminution du temps de paiement très important et nombre de factures impayées en diminution rapide et constant)

Pros

Enorme gain d'argent car le logiciel fait presque tout à notre place, du coup, on a vraiment plus de temps pour d'autres activités pour importantes pour nos clients.

Cons

L'impossibilité de supprimer une facture ou un client (je dois parfois le demander au service support) car j'ai fait une erreur dans la dénomination de l'entreprise ou dans le délais de paiement.

Il s'agit d'une plateforme de recouvrement sur-mesure. L'envoi de nombreux rappels courrier est facilité.

Pros

J'aimerais mettre en avant la réactivité et l'efficaité du personnel ainsi que la modernité de la plateforme.

Cons

Méconnue de certains particuliers qui ne prennent donc pas au sérieux les rappels.

j'utilise recovr au quotidien, L'aspect recouvrement est top, et non 'direct' permet une approche plus douce pour le recouvrement des factures, Depuis que nous utilisons recovr on constate une amélioration des délais de paiements

prix facilité, ergonomie, équipe disponible en cas de soucis, le système de rappel est efficace et simple

Cons

pas de possibilité de dupliquer des factures pas de possibilités de créer des factures récurrentes pour les factures fixes, Dommage pas de possibilité de personnalisé les factures, Onglet rapport dommage pas possible de créer ses propres rapport sois même.

Par rapport au programme Odoo, quand celui-ci est mal paramétré, les données transmises à Recovr poses soucis ( mais c'est un problème en amont et non via Recovr)

Client depuis sa création, Recovr me donne pleine satisfaction. Le systeme 'tout compris' permet de ne plus passer du temps pour faire les rappels, demander l'intervention d'un avocat ou huissier. Le systeme de facturation fonctionne également très bien.

Automatisation Services de qualité on retire l'aspect émotionnel du rappel client

Cons

l'appel à huissier uniquement pour les client B2B
