Compared to what we were on before (mindbody) and that fact that Clava is continually being developed with new features specific to our industry is really exciting. Their so open to improve and build in new features which is amazing to have such access to them and their product team.

Pros

Ease of use as an admin user, checking people in so fast and easy to do. Members like the onboarding as it’s quick to get started. The integrated waivers are also great as it means we can keep track of who’s done what. There’s a lot of features with more to come - but it does not feel overwhelming or complicated to use.

Cons

There are some features like referrals yet to come and we could do with those sooner rather than later.

MBO was driving the team crazy and we reached a point where we could no longer get the support plus none of our members could access their accounts so that just became impossible as a business to continue with their platform.
