Die stetige Weiterentwicklung des Programms finde ich gut. Man ist immer sehr gut informiert und auf dem neusten Stand. Die Ausgabe Dokumente sind sehr verständlich und anschaulich. Das arbeiten mit der Sage HR Suite breitet mir sehr viel Freude. Pros Unkomplizierte, und „einfache“ Installation und Anwendung. Viele Schulungsangebote und eine große Wissendatenbank für Anwender. Pros einfache Stundenerfassung, übersichtlicher Personalstamm, einfach zu bedienen. Cons In der Bruttollohnerfassung wird nur die Kostenstellennummer angezeigt, nicht aber der Name. Diesen sieht man nur, wenn man auf die Nummer draufklickt. Auch auf der Abrechnung. Eine Extra Spalte mit dem Namen wäre toll. Man weiß nie auf den ersten Blick, welches Objekt es ist. Ein Summenfeld der eingegebenen Lohnzeilen fehlt ebenfalls in der Bruttolohnerfassung. Wenn man den Gesamtbetrag sehen will, muss man entweder den Taschenrechner benutzen, oder jedes mal eine Vorwegabrechnung machen, was Arbeitszeit klaut. Bei der Eingabe von 1000 Mitarbeitern sehr zeitaufwendig. Fehlende Warnmeldung, wenn bereits bei der Eingabe die Minijobgrenze überschritten wird. Die Programmhilfe bei Fehlermeldungen könnte besser sein. Das raubt einem schon mal den letzten Nerv. Das Programm könnte stabiler laufen. Kein Arbeitstag, ohne im Programm ein Eingabefenster nochmal neu aufzumachen, weil wieder was hängt. Das verursacht zusätzliche monatliche Kosten zur sowieso schon nicht geringen jährlichen Rechnung. Lizenzreduzierung: eine frühere Anpassung war nicht möglich, da Sage nur eine Reduzierung zum Vertragsstart (01.08.) ermöglicht. Das Timing (Anfrage Rezuzierung imn Oktober) etwas unglücklich. Nicht kooperationsbereit, zum Beispiel zum Jahreswechsel die Reduzierung vorzunehmen. Pros das Mitarbeiterportal und die Krankheitserfassung Cons Diese vielen ungegliederten Schritte bei Gehaltsabrechnungen. Was folgt worauf. Die Eingaben werden oft nicht übernommen und müssen doppelt oder dreifach vorgenommen werden. Unflexibilität bei der Anpassung der Mitarbeiter.
