"A revolution in bike repairs! Nothing compares!"

Overall: We started our bicycle repair business on a POS that was entirely unsuitable for what we needed, and we moved on to another one with built in cycle serviceing, but it was very basic, too basic! Then we found a new workshop system that connected to our new POS, but after a while the development slowed and it could have bcome much more than it was, and stayed as more of an invoice building service, so we looked fo another one and found Bikebook. They worked with us and took our ideas and need to develop the Workshop system they now have to day, they embrace innovation and listen, making Bikebook everything we dreamed of and more! Nothing compares to Bikebook, it's truly revolutionary, embraces and uses modern technology, and allows us to have online bookings on our web site, great customer interaction, online tracking, and best of all a workshop interface that allows us to check each part of the bike individually. We have a very close and symbiotic relationship with Bikebook's team, now, and we can see it going places with it's ever evolving GUI, API connectivity to the ePOS, Messenger Communications and Web services we use. We can't wait to see what is to come in the future!

Pros: It's the easiest and most intuitive system to use in the bike repair industry by far!

Cons: Nothing I can actually think of! Any issues we do come across are quickly resolved or improved upon!

Reasons for Switching to Workshop: Ease of use, eliminating the use of mutiple services, more detail bike servicing, easeir communications, and stock management, and I am sure much more.

"Amazing tool. "

Overall: Working together since day one. Amazing journey so far, feeling like a family.

Pros: The team listens to our needs and adapt to what we ask.

Cons: As it's new app, lots of features still not working or available, but it's a work on progress.

"Transforming the Workshop Experience"

Overall: My overall experience with Workshop has been positive. It’s clear that the product is designed with mechanics in mind, focusing on practical solutions that genuinely enhance our daily work. While it’s still a new product and some features are in development, I’ve noticed consistent improvements over time. The team behind it is attentive to our feedback, which gives me confidence that it will continue to evolve into an even more valuable tool for bike mechanics.

Pros: I appreciate that they truly listen to our needs and design solutions by mechanics, for mechanics. They genuinely focus on improving our day-to-day work, understanding that many bike mechanics aren’t particularly tech-savvy.

Cons: It’s a new product that still requires some development, and we’re eagerly anticipating some exciting features, but it’s improving day by day.

Alternatives Considered: Hubtiger Service and Repair Software
Reasons for Choosing Workshop: Design and what Hubtiger built was not great for my needs in the end, I found a lot of constraint from the beginning while Bikebook was more flexible and build everything based on our needs since we were one of the first to use it

"Otecbikes workshop experience "

Overall: Overall extremely positive any problems have been rectified once reported to workshop makes transition between employees very smooth and error free

Pros: It works ! Mobile friendly Easy to pick up fast to learn

Cons: Nothing - problems are fixed one I report them !

"Kierens Bike Tech review "

Overall: Fantastic. Couldn't be happier. The customer support I receive from [sensitive content hidden] is also amazing! Always there and happy to have a phone call regarding any queries :)

Pros: How well everything I need is in one place for me. Every time during the making of the platform I came up with an idea for something that would make the platform better and it was already being done!!
