Excellent overall, best on the market. Very intuitive, fast, accurate Impeccable customer service Nothing even comes close

Pros

Very efficient documentation, takes Seconds to document the most basic visits Fully customizable and customer service is second to none

Cons

Can’t say anything bad We started when they were new to marke, they have upgraded very quickly and are responsive to feedback

UrgentIQ in my opinion is the top EMR on the market for urgent care centers. They understand the market and the many nuances of an urgent care practice. I highly recommend UrgentIQ to any urgent care practice because of its ease of use features, the value for your money, and the customer service experience. Our providers have become more efficient, allowing for better patient care and increased revenue due to productivity. I wished I would have found them sooner.

Pros

The company is frequently producing updates to improve functionality and ease of use. Customer service is second to none. Any issues we've had, they not only respond promptly, but proactively come up with solutions, not excuses.

Cons

Initially there were some integration issues, but that was mostly on our end for having a previous EMR company's product that wasn't exactly user friendly. UrgentIQ put a lot of resources into making sure our data migrated properly.

Inefficiencies with CareCloud was the initial reason. But meeting with Nat and his team sealed it for me. They exude professionalism while being easy to talk to and very responsive to our requests.

UrgentIQ has been a reliable EMR for our clinic. Its ease of use, exceptional customer support, and ongoing improvements make it a system we would recommend to other practices.

Pros

UrgentIQ is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which helps with the adoption of a new system. The biggest advantage is the customer support. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in resolving issues quickly. They also release regular updates and enhancements, showing they listen to customer feedback and are committed to continually improving.

Cons

Like any EMR, there will always be some cons. Inability to send messages to a certain staff member about a specific patient. This type of functionality really helps when you have more than one clinic and for communicating with busy providers with coding questions. Also, having the practice management software and the medical records all in one system would be beneficial.

As the owner of our practice, I'm always looking for ways to improve efficiency without adding complexity. UrgentIQ has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations. Our providers spend less time charting, our coding is more consistent and accurate, and we've seen fewer billing issues that used to slow down our revenue cycle. What I appreciate most is that it helps the entire team work more efficiently. Documentation is faster, claims go out cleaner, and staff spend less time chasing down corrections. It's helped reduce administrative burdens so we can focus more on patient care and running the practice. UrgentIQ has been a valuable investment for our business, and I would recommend it to any practice looking to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Pros

What I like most about UrgentIQ is how much time it saves our team while improving accuracy. It has streamlined our documentation, made coding more consistent, and reduced billing errors, which has helped our workflow run much more smoothly. Instead of spending time on administrative tasks and correcting claims, our providers and staff can focus more on delivering quality patient care. The efficiency gains have had a positive impact across our entire practice.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike about UrgentIQ. Like any new technology, there was a short learning curve as our team adjusted to the workflow, but the onboarding process made the transition smooth. Once everyone became familiar with the system, the benefits far outweighed the initial adjustment period.

We have been using it for about 6 weeks and as we are improving it to our needs it is getting better every day.

Pros

The intuitiveness of the product and the limiting of user fatigue. Simplicity of usage and charting.

Cons

I don't have anything that I can honestly say has been a con so far.
