Wir waren relativ schnell im Aufsetzen des Agenten, der uns schnell spürbar entlastet hat. Durch Integrationen konnten Workflows implementiert werden.

Pros

Die Implementierung ging sehr schnell Eigenständiges Prompting machte Fonio für uns anpassbar Gute Kostenkontrolle

Cons

Service bei Rückfragen & Problemen war logischerweise auch zunächst über einen KI\_Agenten aufgesetzt. Hier konnte der Agent nur bedingt helfen und ich musste auf Hilfestellungen durch Experten warten.

Expérience très positive dans l'ensemble. L'outil a comblé un vrai manque dans la gestion de mes appels entrants : plus aucun appel raté, une qualification cohérente 24h/24 et un suivi facilité grâce aux récapitulatifs automatiques. La plateforme évolue vite et le support répond rapidement. Pour une structure qui ne peut pas se payer un standard téléphonique, le rapportvaleur/prix est excellent.

Pros

Ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est que l'agent vocal IA ne se contente pas de décrocher : il qualifie réellement les appels entrants, pose les bonnes questions et m'envoie un résumé écrit après chaque conversation, ce qui m'évite de rappeler des contacts non pertinents. La mise en route est rapide et le paramétrage par prompt permet d'adapter finement le comportement de l'agent à mon métier, avec une voix naturelle qui met les appelants à l'aise.

Cons

Très peu de choses à redire. Le seul point est que certaines intégrations natives sont encore en cours de déploiement, donc selon les outils que l'on utilise, il faut parfois passer par une automatisation externe en attendant.

Die allgemeine Erfahrung mit fonio.ai ist sehr positiv. Das System spart Zeit, wirkt professionell und kann viele wiederkehrende Telefonaufgaben automatisieren. Besonders für Unternehmen mit hohem Anrufaufkommen ist die Lösung interessant. Der Support reagiert schnell und die Plattform entwickelt sich kontinuierlich weiter. Insgesamt eine innovative Lösung mit großem Zukunftspotenzial.

Pros

Fonio.ai überzeugt vor allem durch die einfache Einrichtung und die moderne KI-gestützte Telefonie. Die Sprachqualität ist sehr gut und die KI reagiert erstaunlich natürlich. Besonders hilfreich ist die Möglichkeit, Anrufe automatisiert professionell entgegenzunehmen und Arbeitsabläufe zu entlasten. Die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich gestaltet und auch ohne großes technisches Wissen schnell verständlich.

Cons

Teilweise gibt es noch kleinere Einschränkungen bei sehr individuellen Anpassungen oder speziellen Szenarien. Manche Funktionen könnten noch ausführlicher dokumentiert werden. Außerdem wäre eine noch tiefere Integration mit weiteren Drittanbieter-Systemen wünschenswert.

Sehr gute Erfahrung. Im Vergleich zu einem menschlichen Callcenter hat die KI sofort viel mehr Infos griffbereit.

Pros

Schneller Support, geringe Kosten. Sehr einfache Bedienung in der Online-Oberfläche. Man kann die Anweisungen leicht und verständlich eintragen.

Cons

Manchmal ist die KI etwas holprig und die Aussprache mancher Wörter klappt nicht 100%. Leider benötigt jeder Assistent eine eigene Nummer, würde es besser finden, wenn man hierfür nur eine Nummer benötigt.

Ich konnte schon Kunden von mir helfen KI Telefonassistenen in ihrem Unternehmen zu integrieren. Nachdem wir gut erarbeitet haben was der Assistent machen soll bzw. darf war auch das Feedback der Kunden sehr positiv und sie waren sehr froh, dass man 24h erreichbar ist.

Pros

Super Integrationsmöglichkeiten! Man kann dem KI Assistent Zugang zu externen Systemen geben. Auch das wechseln einer Sprache innerhalb eines Telefonats ist einfach möglich.

Cons

Leider hat mir die Umstellung auf ABO-Modelle nicht gefallen. Das vorige Modell Pay-Per-Use war super!

Bisher sehr gut! Ich nutze es als Agentur für meine Kunden und konnte bisher nur positive Resultate und Erfahrungen bekommen.

Pros

Die leichte Integration, die Partner-Relationship und der zügige Support der sich um jeden kümmert, und die Anwendungsweise und breite an Möglichkeiten

Cons

Was gerade in Arbeit ist und sehr viel Aufwand in Zukunft abnehmen wird sind schon in Fonio interne Integrationen, um nicht mehr alles über Webhooks und API Verbindungen zu gestalten. Und eventuell noch mehrere natürliche Stimmen für den österreichischen Raum

Fonio.ai bietet einen beeindruckend großen Funktionsumfang und lässt sich sehr schnell einrichten. Der KI Voice Agent klingt natürlich, versteht Anliegen zuverlässig und reagiert flexibel auf unterschiedliche Gesprächsverläufe.

Cons

Was mir aktuell nicht gefällt, ist die Umstellung auf das neue Preismodell mit festen Monatspaketen. Die vorherige minutengenaue Abrechnung empfinde ich und auch meine Kunden als deutlich fairer und transparenter, weil man nur das zahlt, was man tatsächlich nutzt.

Die wirklich leichte Anwendung, alles ist sehr leicht verständlich beschrieben. Wenn man doch mal nicht weiterkommt, hilft sofort das Team.

Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Anbieter und merke, an den Verbesserungen und an dem fleißigen Support Team, dass sich Fonio in die richtige Richtung bewegt.

Fonio bietet integrierte Tools an, ist DSGVO konform, hat einen sehr hilfreiches Support Team und verbessert sich stetig.

Très bonne expérience. Fonio a rapidement amélioré notre gestion des appels et notre image professionnelle : les clients ont une réponse claire tout de suite, et l’équipe est moins interrompue. On capte mieux les demandes, on répond plus vite, et on se concentre sur les tâches à forte valeur. Produit fiable, simple à prendre en main, et accompagné par une équipe efficace. Je recommande.

Pros

Fonio nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien : moins d’appels manqués, réponses immédiates même en dehors des horaires, et meilleure expérience pour les appelants. L’assistant filtre et qualifie les demandes, récupère les informations utiles (motif, coordonnées) et permet de ne transférer que les cas pertinents. La mise en place est rapide, la voix est naturelle, et le support est très réactif.

Cons

Comme toute solution, il faut un petit temps de réglage au début (adapter le discours et les cas d’usage à son activité) pour obtenir un résultat parfait. Certains cas très spécifiques nécessitent encore une reprise par l’équipe, mais c’est normal et ça s’améliore au fur et à mesure.
