\[sensitive content hidden\] has been excellent! He has taught me so much and continues to help me get the most revenue I can off of my condo!

Pros

Overall, I like how simple it is to understand and apply the recommendations. It also doesn’t hurt that in my first month my revenue is up 34%!

Cons

It was overwhelming at first, but the more you use it the easier it has become.
