Pros

Easy setup with integrations, plus strong reporting helps us track engagement and adoption fast. Overal - quite satisfied.

Cons

No major issues—just slight integration setup time, which is worth it for the value gained. That's about it.

Pros

The analytics are excellent! When combined with segmentation and automation, they streamline our process.

Cons

Hard to find any flaws, just small details, however when something is wrong, support covers everything quickly.

Bringing health scores, behavior alerts, and triggers into one place changed the way we approach CSM — efficient and proactive.

CustomerScore.io is a great tool to improve customer experience of your clients. Thanks to various type of automations and segmentation options, we have been able to establish multiple touch points over the course of customer subscription to established higher engagement. Not only that, thats to actively reaching to customer prior the renewal, we have been able to significantly increase revenues via upgrades. Easy to use, yet power tool which we love !

Cons
