If you manage multiple physical locations and rely on local Google traffic, Pluspoint is a very easy and effective fix.

Pros

Flawless listing sync. It instantly locked in our correct hours and phone numbers across Google, Apple Maps, and dozens of directories for all four of our London shops. Inbound calls spiked within weeks, Easy review generation: we put QR codes at the tills and on delivery cards. We now get a steady stream of new Google reviews weekly without chasing them.

Cons

Dense dashboard: the interface is feature-rich and took a few days to get used to. It could be slightly more streamlined for busy retail environments, though customer support was great at getting me up to speed.

Wanted one tool for inbox, chatbot, and social posting instead of paying for separate platforms. Pluspoint covered all three without the cost and complexity of a heavy multi-location suite.

Pros

Webchat, Instagram, and Facebook DMs land in one inbox. The AI chatbot handles first-touch and deflects the repeat questions. Social publishing pushes the same post to Facebook, Instagram, and our office Google profiles in one click.

Cons

The chatbot needs its knowledge base kept fresh. An in-app nudge after each product update would help.

Since we started with Pluspoint, our online reviews have skyrocketed, and our ratings have gone from 3.3 to 4.7! We’re also seeing way more engagement on Google, with interactions up over 50%.

Pros

The review management feature feels like having a personal assistant; it’s taken a huge weight off our shoulders. Plus, the support team is amazing! They’re always there when we need them, and you can tell they really get what we do.

Cons

If there's one thing I’d suggest, it would be adding more customization options for reports. Having more flexibility to tailor reports for different stakeholders would be a big plus.
