We love that we have the great support and an open voice to their company. We have the ability to get enhancements that make a different and appreciate that they are open to our needs.

Pros

We have used Notice Ninja for years. The customer service and IT team have been great. They have assisted us in upgrades and technology changes over the years with great support and follow up.

Cons

The instructions for fixing things are very high level and require assistance in understanding the process or directions to complete the correction.
