We became an early customer of Day One when we were in search of early talent for a large volume customer service roles. The platform proved to be an invaluable resource in sourcing a diverse range of candidates, and the Day One team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Day One's platform is remarkably easy to use. Posting roles is quick and straightforward, allowing us to get our job listings live in minutes. The user-friendly interface made the entire hiring process seamless and efficient whilst ensuring we had a fair hiring process. One of the standout features of Day One is the customer service role assessment. This tool enabled us to gain deeper insights into the suitability of candidates for customer service roles. By evaluating their skills and competencies, we were able to make more informed hiring decisions. The interview feedback provided by Day One was extremely helpful for shortlisting candidates. It offered valuable insights into each candidate's performance, helping us identify the best fit for our team. This feature significantly streamlined our hiring process. We highly recommend Day One to any company looking to hire early talent efficiently and effectively.

Exceptional delivery from start to finish and non-bias recruitment guaranteed! The team were second to none, we had a number of complex changes required and they were delivered perfectly and when estimated to be live. It was such a pleasure to work with the Day One team who used their 20+ years of expertise to build something exceptional for us to guarantee that we were providing opportunity for all with no bias at all. Thank you!

Cons

Absolutely nothing at all 10/10 from me and I have highly recommended to other businesses, who really do need to switch out 30+ year old recruitment tools and processes and replace them with amazing tools like this to guarantee a diverse talent pipeline and totally non-bias process.
