I have been a user for more than a decade, I think that says a lot in this business. Pros I really like how easy it is to visualize a discussion about processes, organization, information and more, live, during a workshop. This tool makes it easier to facilitate both in physical meetings as in digital. Cons I love this tool but as any other software it has weak spots. The information modeling feature needs development, and it also lacks the IT architecture view. While there are a few similar products out there, the biggest reason we are using 2c8 is the compatibility with IFS. If it wasn't for this we would probably use another product. Pros As users of IFS, the ability to have an extract of the IFS encyclopedia and to be able to configure the products and processes according to the Supplier's design. The ability to capture the business' processes in a graphical form and the ability to play back the results to users and decisionmakers. Cons We use the publishing of documents in Word format widely, I don't like the control I have over the formatting of documents and would like to see that improved. Once a document is published, we have to spend an ordinate amount of time changing it to make it presentable to a wider audience.
