The API is stable enough that once integrations are in place, they don’t require constant fixes. It also helps reduce the amount of manual cleanup typically needed with raw bank data. Cons Being UK-based and focused on EU currencies, it’s better suited for European use cases rather than platforms needing broad global currency coverage. Pros Finexer gives us fast, permissioned access to bank data, making income verification and spending pattern analysis much clearer. It cuts down manual reviews and helps us assess affordability with greater confidence. Cons Its focus on EU banks means it’s best suited to regional lending models rather than global ones. Combined with fair pricing and ongoing product improvements, Finexer delivers excellent value for businesses that want both simplicity and strong developer capabilities. Cons It’s hard to find much to dislike about Finexer, but if anything, I’d say the main drawback is that their API documentation isn’t publicly available like some other providers. It’s not a major issue, once you gain access, the docs are clear and easy to work with, but having them public would make initial exploration and evaluation much smoother for developers.
