The customization of their embeddable email editor has allowed us to level up our email system, which has leveled up our emailing capabilities. Pros The UI and UX of the embeddable editor made the difference during our selection process. It also has a large feature set, particularly the rich text editor, and the ability to customize nearly everything. Cons The documentation is a work in progress, however, their team was quick with support to answer all of our questions along the way. So far, we've been impressed by the rich features of Grapes Studio and their quick customer support. Pros The Grapes Studio SDK was extremely easy to setup, and quick to start using in production. Its allowed us to level up our email marketing campaigns overnight. Cons Working with Grapes Studio team has been a pleasure and they've helped me through any issue that I've faced so far.
