We've been working with JGDHealth for the past year. They help us to manage patient communication and their platform helps us to follow up easily when a patient misses an appointment so that we can call them and book a new appointment right away. Because of this initiative our patients are satisfied & happy with our personalized service.

Pros

I’ve been with JGDHealth for a few years now. Earlier, I relied on manual records and if I wasn’t at the clinic, it was very difficult for me to coordinate with the team. With the Doctor App, I can instantly check appointments, access patient records and their history from my phone. It has saved me so much time and made my work far easier”.

Cons

We’ve tried multiple IVR systems before JGDHealth, but none were as sophisticated as JGDHealth. The team truly understood our pain points and built an IVR that actually solved our challenges. This has made a real difference in our day-to-day operations and I genuinely appreciate the team for creating something so practical.

Pros

What I liked most was how simple and easy they made it to understand the benefits for our practice and usage.

Cons

I didn’t find significant negatives, but a bit more emphasis on integration possibilities would have been useful
